Work we produce for a client is governed by that client’s contract, not by this page. Ownership of code and design is written into the proposal before the project starts, and the answer is normally that you own what we build for you.

This site is marketing material, not a contract. The descriptions of what we build are honest but general — they are not an offer, a price, a delivery commitment, or a guarantee of a result. What we actually owe you is in the signed proposal.

We keep these pages accurate and up to date as far as we reasonably can. We are not liable for indirect damage arising from decisions taken on the basis of this site alone. If something here is wrong, we would rather fix it than argue about it — write to us.
